The server listens for SRT here; the Mac connects in as the SRT caller and pulls.
Changes apply within ~1 second (the SRT sink is rebuilt). Leave bind blank to fall
back to the container's
SRT_BIND env var.
Audio streams from the server over SRT (Opus). These are remote controls.
